2322 Mens Shed committee

The 2322 Men's Shed Committee working with Newcastle City Council to progres projects for the Shed. The committee worked throught issues as broad as mentoring at the local school, developing a graffiti removal service and visiting socially isolated men with a mobile trailer to provide meaningful activities.


The Management Committee are keen to secure funding and some land to establish a more permanent community facility and are working with Newcastle City Council to achieve these aims.


A team from the 233 Mens Shed manned a stall at the recent Men's Shed Expo at the Maitland Town Hall. This has brought some new members to the group and greater exposure in the local area.


The 2322 Mens's Shed has a strong management group committed to meeting the needs of local men in the Beresfield Taro area.
