Connect Day

The Mobile Men's Shed atteded the Connect Day at Niagara Park. With over 80 service proivders the Basketball Arena was buzzing. The Mobile Shed was on the forecourt and a constant stream of enquiries during the day kept both John Welland and Kim Hopkins busy during the day.

Central Coast Connect Day is an event designed to bring together people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or doing it tough on the Central Coast with service providers, social opportunities and other support networks.

A wide range of services were represented and the glorious weather encouraged people to connect both inside and outside where lunch and breakfast were provided.
