The Benevolent Society regional office at Watanobbi organised a Family Fun Day at the de L'ísle Road office.
The afternoon from 1- 4pm included a sauzage sizzle, drum workshop, pace painting and tissue boxes ... built and painted.
The Mobile Men's Shed was a great hit with local families. Kids from the local neighbourhood helped to build over 40 tissue boxes and the queue was still 6 deep at closing time. The painting station was held open to allow kids to not only build their projects but also decorate them with their favourite colours.
Thanks to the Staff and volunteers from the Benevolent Society.
Congratulations on a very successful event.
Local families are now looking forward to the next event with a Winter Magic theme.
Thanks: Many thanks to Ed McCarthy from the Central Coast Community Council for towing the trailer to the event.
Thanks to Tim Keogh from the Benevolent Society for returning the Mobile Men's Shed to its safe haven in Tuggerah.
