The Manno Men's Shed Incorporated held its inaugural meeting at the Mannering Park Point. Beautiful spot for the beginning of the new community organisation. About 25 men attended on a cold morning for this auspicious event.
After sausages that were well cooked, with onion and sauce and bread, Bruce Wall addresssed those gathered and announced the members of the Manno Men's Shed Inc committee. He also advised on the fee structure for members. There was unaniumous agreement to the structure and many signed up on the day.
Bruce also advised that the next meeting will be at the Community Centre next Thrusday at 10 am. The Manno Mens Shed are also seeking alternate venues for their weekly meetings.
The group are actively pursuing a building or land to commence as an active shed.
The Incorporation documents were handed over by Kim Hopkins, from the Central Coast Shed Cluster to Rob Regnis, Secretary the Manno Men's shed.
