Subject: Falls Prevention. Some of the reasons that cause falls, particularly in our more mature citizens (over 65s). Practical steps which can be taken to reduce the likelihood of falls and/or to minimise any resulting injuries. General health issues which can increase the risk of falls occurring. Other relevant issues which may be raised by those present.
Format: 1 hour has been set aside for the session including a a Q&A type format.
