Men on Fire
- Wyong Men's Shed held an awareness day and fundraiser Bar-B-Que for Men's Health Week 2013. (great job by John and his team)
- This was held at Wyong Neighbourhood Centre on Saturday 8 June 2013 with the support of centre staff and volunteers (many thanks to Jodi and her team).
- Medicare Local provided a Men's Health Pitstop with numerous stations for men attending the event.
- Mobile Men's Shed attended with displays promoting Men's Health and the sheds across the Central Coast.
- Carevan provided hot filter coffee for all those at the event (many thanks to Lorna and her sister for manning the coffee service and promoting the work with the homeless in the area.
- Fire Engine provided by Guy Ellis from his collection at Jillaby was a centre of interest on the day and was quite a sight with the large Dalmation riding shotgun on the way in.
- The Mingaletta Didgeridoo and Dance group welcomed everyone to the event with a spectacular display of indigenous dance and digeridoo (Thanks to Matt, Uncle Bob and Stuart)
- Many thanks to Interrelate for sponsorship support.
- Brian turned up with two small engines for the display and spent the day responding to questions on their operation and the group that spends many hours in restoration to keep these old machines operating.
- Avery, the Town Crier, kept everyone informed of events and happenings encouraging everyone to participate in the Pitstop, the op-Shop and the delicious sausage sizzle.
- Jane did an excellent job of leading the always enthusiastic Sing Australia group in rendition of many songs with the crowd joining in.
- Central Coast Ukulele Group were entertaining as ever. They may have even picked up a few new members on the day. They are certainly at a standard that will do the Central Coast proud when they represent the region in Hawaii.
- Mantra from the Satyananda, Yoga Ashram at Mangrove Mountain provided a guided yoga relaxation at the end of the Men-on-Fire. An excellent way to end a day celebrating the start of Men's Health Week on the Central Coast.

Male Carer Day
- Celebrating Men's Health Week at the Carer Retreat at Gosford Hospital
- Pitstop was operated by Medicare Local with Doctors on hand to give carers the best opportunity for a thorough checkup.
- Mobile Men's Shed attended with displays promoting Men's Health and the sheds across the Central Coast.
- Excellent music from the local band "The Hangovers" kept the party lively during the afternoon.
- Well attended by Male Carers.
