Dear All,
The Social Enterprise on the Coast Workshop Program has been running since the beginning of 2013 with participants including staff and volunteers from Not for Profit organisations, those looking to establish creative enterprises and entrepreneurs looking to make a difference in their community.
Many participants successfully completed the 3 workshops in the series and are now ready to take the next step to turn their social enterprise or project into a reality. Apart from the skills and knowledge the participants developed, many reported that the opportunity to network, connect and form partnerships with the other participants was very valuable.
The workshop program for the rest of 2013 is attached and will repeat the series of 3 workshops;
1. Social Enterprise 101 – Giving you a better understanding of what social enterprise means.
2. Starting a Social Enterprise 101 – How to test the feasibility of your social enterprise or project.
3. Starting a Social Enterprise 201 – Providing you with the tools to produce a business plan that can assist with funding applications, stakeholder engagement and making your project a reality. Overall creating a road map for success.
