Working with Wood Show

The Entrance Men's Shed plans a visit to this year's Working With Wood Show at Moore Park next Friday 17 June 2011. As a consequence the Shed will not be open that day due to the number of members who have indicated their intention to visit the Show.

Members will meet at Tugerah in time to catch the 7.17am train to Central.

A Whole New Ball Game

Welcome to Issue 16 of A Whole New Ball Game, as we celebrate International Men’s Health Week (13-19 June 2011).

Ever wondered about salt in your diet, how to keep fit when your time in team sports comes to an end, or what exactly is testosterone?? In this Issue of the magazine we answer these questions and more....

We hope you will also enjoy reading about some high flying men in our community and their tips for health and wellbeing.

What a fantastic reminder in International Men’s Health Week, to have an annual health check. Our Decades of Life fact sheets that you can view and download from our website (http://www.49.com.au/) are a helpful guide to questions you may wish to ask your GP.

We are currently updating our website and welcome any feedback on our new look
